Prices, shipping costs, and delivery information

Orders are possible up to a total weight of 500 kg. For orders exceeding this weight, please contact us.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory value added tax and other price components.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge the following flat-rate shipping costs per 25 kg transport weight for deliveries to the following delivery zones:

  • Austria (€20, including VAT)
  • Zone 1 (€30, including VAT)
  • Zone 2 (€35, including VAT)
  • Zone 3 (€41, including VAT)

We always strive to ship your ordered goods as quickly as possible. Depending on whether wood for your order needs to be cut or planed, shipping will take place within 1-5 business days.

GLS is our reliable shipping partner.

The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart system and again on the order page once you have entered an address.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (vouchers, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory value added tax. Since the value added tax on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be calculated definitively during the ordering process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower in your favor.

Shipping zones and GLS standard delivery times in days

We only deliver to countries within the delivery zones listed below. Excluded from shipping within the EU via parcel shops or GLS-ONE are Andorra, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Greece, Livigno, Vatican City, Malta, Melilla, San Marino, Büsingen am Hochrhein, Cyprus, and all European islands (except the Croatian islands).
